Pet Food Drive
Annually, App State's veterinary technology program holds a pet food drive to benefit The Watauga Humane Society (WHS) Pet Food Pantry.
About the WHS Pet Food Pantry
- The WHS Pet Food Pantry has been set up to assist Watauga County residents and exists on generous donations from the community.
- The Watauga Hunger and Health Coalition provides vouchers to people eligible to use the Pet Food pantry.
- The pet food is not used for animals in the WHS; community members pick it up for their pets.
Online Donation Alternative
If you are interested in donating to the Pet Food Pantry, but cannot make it to a drop off location, consider:
- Making an online donation directly to the WHS: wataugahumane.org/donate/doogies_hope.
